2. Purpose of the site

The purpose of this site is to offer information about The Everyday Lab's wellness and personal care products and to allow their online purchase within national territory. Access to and use of the site implies acceptance of this Legal Notice, of the Terms and Conditions and of the Privacy Notice.

3. Nature of the products

This product is not a medicine. It does not diagnose, prevent, treat or cure diseases.

The Everyday Lab products are personal care and wellness products. They do not replace a proper diet, adequate rest, or treatment or consultation with a health professional. If you are pregnant or breastfeeding, take any medication, have a diagnosed medical condition, or are going to administer the product to a minor, consult your doctor before using it. Store in a cool, dry place. Keep out of the reach of children.

4. Certifications and regulatory status

  • ISO 13485:2016 — ISO 13485:2016 (manufacturer) certification (quality management system for medical devices).
  • FSSC 22000 — the manufacturer's food safety certification.
  • FDA-registered establishment — this is an establishment registration, not a product approval by the FDA.
  • COFEPRIS — the Comisión Federal para la Protección contra Riesgos Sanitarios (Mexico's federal health-risk protection authority) issued classification letters (oficios de clasificación) under which the product is not classified as a food supplement or as a food and therefore does not require a sanitary registration.

None of the above certifications constitutes an approval, endorsement or recommendation of the product by a health authority.

The information published on this site, including blog articles, guides and frequently asked questions, is for informational and educational purposes. It does not constitute medical advice, diagnosis or treatment, and must not be used to replace consultation with a health professional. Results may vary from one person to another.

Prices are expressed in Mexican pesos (MXN) and include VAT, unless otherwise indicated. Prices, promotions and product availability may change without prior notice; the applicable price is the one in effect at the time the order is confirmed. 10. Applicable legislation and dispute resolution

This Legal Notice is governed by Mexican legislation, in particular by the Ley Federal de Protección al Consumidor (Mexican Federal Consumer Protection Law). For the interpretation and fulfillment of the consumer relationships arising from this site, the Procuraduría Federal del Consumidor (PROFECO, Mexico's consumer protection agency) has jurisdiction in administrative matters. In the event of a judicial dispute, the parties submit to the jurisdiction of the competent courts of Ciudad de México, waiving any other jurisdiction that might correspond to them by reason of their present or future domiciles.
